Only Dynamic QR codes (which require hosting and tracking redirects) require a free account and belong to our managed service tiers.

Static QR codes store data (like a website link or wifi login) directly in the pixel pattern; they cannot be edited once created. Dynamic QR codes store a short redirect link on our servers instead. This allows you to log into your dashboard and change the destination URL at any time without changing the printed QR image, while also tracking total scan counts.

For static QR codes, we never track scans or store your inputs on our servers. For dynamic QR codes, we track the total number of scans and timestamps to display campaign analytics on your dashboard. We respect user privacy and do not collect personal identifying information from scanners.

Yes! Our static and dynamic generators allow you to upload your brand logo in PNG or JPG format. The logo is automatically centered and rendered over the QR code pattern. We generate QR codes with Level H (High) error correction, which ensures the code remains scanable even when a portion of the center is obscured by a logo.
