Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QRPress QR Code Generator service (accessible at https://qrcodegenerator.qrpress.in), operated by Insyra Labs ("we", "us", or "our") as part of the QRPress ecosystem. By using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Free Static QR Generation

• Static QR codes (URL, WiFi, Text, vCard, UPI, PDF) are generated entirely in your browser and are free to use without registering an account.
• You retain full ownership of the content you encode and the codes you generate. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and safety of that content.

2. Dynamic QR Accounts

• To create, edit, and track dynamic QR codes you must sign up with a valid name, email address, and password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hello@qrpress.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You must not:

• Generate QR codes that encode unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Use the service to distribute malware, phishing links, scams, or harmful payloads.
• Misrepresent the destination of a QR code (e.g. masking a malicious URL behind a short link).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the security mechanisms of the service.
• Use automated tools or scripts to abuse, scrape, or overload the service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, designs, and technology on the QR Press QR Code Generator is owned by or licensed to Insyra Labs. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written permission.

5. Disclaimers & No Warranty

• QR codes are intended to be scanned by standard camera and QR-reading applications. We do not guarantee that every generated code will be recognised by every device, scanner, or application.
• Certain QR payloads reference third-party products, trademarks, or services (e.g. UPI apps). QRPress QR Code Generator is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those third parties.
• The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Insyra Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including unreadable QR codes or misdelivered QR content.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your dynamic QR account at any time by contacting us at hello@qrpress.in. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the service after the effective date of an update constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
